You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site (or the servers and networks that are connected to the Site). Furthermore, you may not (and you may not permit anyone else to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Site or any underlying software, unless you have been authorized in writing to do so by Blutwist. Blutwist makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Blutwist disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, data accuracy, and system integration. Blutwist assumes no responsibility (and expressly disclaims responsibility) for updating this Site to keep information current or to ensure the accuracy or completeness of any posted information. Blutwist does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Site. By sending Blutwist any information or material, you grant Blutwist an unrestricted, irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, publicly display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise freely use those materials or information. You also agree that Blutwist is free to use any ideas, concepts, knowhow, or techniques that you send us for any purpose. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blutwist, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any claim or demand relating to your content, including any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site.

Termination

Blutwist may terminate your access to the Site or suspend your membership at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your membership, you may simply discontinue using the Site. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Blutwist's headquarters, without giving effect to any choice of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in the jurisdiction where Blutwist's headquarters are located, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blutwist concerning the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Blutwist concerning the Site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Waiver

The failure of Blutwist to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to terms

Blutwist reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version of these Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
